  I suspect the thing to do is to check and see if the key and return field
  are the same, and only do one field select. NOTE TO SELF: do exhaustive check
  for SQL Templates not only in core but in admin and demos.

+ Fixed in 4.7.x, will not be in 4.6.x. Solution is to do query for only one
