+ Frequency: always a problem, but not always the same sequence of problems.
+ 
+ Steps:
+ (1) Go to http://development.reston.redhat.com/cgi-bin/foundation/00009.html
+ Note the price of $499.95. Select default "Buy" for Athlon Computer 
+ Note that the price is now considerably higher than the price shown for the
+ selected options.
+ (2) Select the "modify" link. Note the price is now what was previously shown in
+ the cart. Select "Make Change" without changing any options. At this point, one
+ of two things may happen. You may see the originally listed price OR you will
+ see a 0 price.
+ (3) Select "modify" again. Now, you will see a 0 price. Select "Make Change"
+ with no changes.
+ (4) Select "Checkout". The item will now be in the checkout with a total price
+ of 0.
