+ Do to the merger or VeriSign/Signio the server names have changed:

+ Live: payflow.verisign.com
+ Test: test-payflow.verisign.com

+ If the module read the server name from the mv_payment_server variable this
+ wouldn't be a problem, but since it overrides the setting, this module is
+ currently not functional...
