I discovered this when converting the build_related.html page to an IC Job.  The [flag ...] tag causes the following error to appear in the error.log file and in the jobs log:
Job terminated with an error: Can't call method "respond" on an undefined value at /usr/local/interchange/lib/Vend/Dispatch.pm line 81.
