https://sourceforge.net/projects/interchange/   has been cleaned up and is now basically low/no maintenance.

I was not able to do it exactly as that ocCommerce project, it seemed to not be possible to remove the 'Support' and 'Develop' tab .. Also the 'Files' section as it is for that other project with just website links I was not able to find out how to accomplish this.

So I have reduced the content as much as possible with pointers to icdevgroup.org, removed all kinds of links to things such as the sourceforge bugtrackers, etc which were never being used anyway ...
