I am proposing building a development server for the interchange website and service (mailman, rt etc).  This platform will allow for development and testing of new ideas I hope to bring to the development team.

These ideas include:

* Migration of the mailman email list to Sympa so that we can have an interactive forum function to the mailing list.

* Setting standards for workflow regarding development using RT etc.

* Sandbox areas for new/current developers to donate/test code etc.

* Other ideas for increasing user traffic and the development team

What I am requesting:
I would like to be able to get ssh (read only) access to the server so I can mimic partitions, software, and folder structures for rsync push of operational current components mainly (rt, mailman, website).  Or somehow get this information.
