Log Message:

  * Add pages/admin/template.html as entry point for template
    editor.

  * Add template editor to menu for Content -- should perhaps
    go to Design, but I hate the Design menu option as it stands. 8-)

  * More minor fixes -- now automatically adds/subtracts components
    as they appear/disappear from the top and bottom templates.
