	* Fix bug where if table was not imported prior to tag_perl tables
	  call, it would be imported but the $Db{table} object would never
	  be set.

	  Probably there is a problem in Vend::Table::Common::import_ascii_delimited,
	  for $_ is getting tromped on. There is probably a place where a 
	  "local $_" needs to be done, but I can't see it.

	  Resolves Bugzilla #289.
