  * Clean up __DIE__ so we don't do server errors. Add capability
    to define the 500 Locale code for error display, or use your
    own 500.lo_LO (locale) or 500.html file located in
    $Global::ConfDir (usually interchange/etc/lib).

  * Add to credits.

  * Fix nasty History bug that could put credit card numbers in
    session.
