Added mod_interchange to the standard Interchange distribution. It is the
direct descendant of mod_minivend, created by Francis J. Lacoste
<francis.lacoste@iNsu.com> at iNsu Innovations Inc. in 1999. With Francis's
blessing, we're taking over maintenance of the module. Thanks, Francis!
