  * append, prepend, passed, pre_filter, lookup, database, field
    now honored for meta_display.

  * "Wizard" mode allows production of "Wizard" style <--Back
    Next-> setups, and allows just collecting variable settings
    without actually editing any table. (Perhaps an alias is
    needed, one that pre-sets certain options? Hmm.)

  * Added noexport option to remove "Auto-export" check box.

  * Added top_buttons / bottom_buttons options to control where the
    buttons are (default is both).

  * Added no_top option to remove the message/header section.

  * Added configurable next_text and back_text and cancel_text
    options for wizard mode.

  * Added ui_override_next capability to allow you to override the
    default Next option, i.e. conditionally go to different pages
    based on the setting of a variable. Also useful for setting
    trigger points based on variable settings.
