The "remove" icon for the saved/recurring carts was broken.  Inside a 
[perl][/perl] tag set, the [image dir_only=1 ui=1] tag was being used
to set the directory.  This wasn't being interpolated because it was inside
those [perl] tags.  I set it in a [tmp] var up above, and then
accessed with a $Scratch var inside the perl tags.
