	* More improvements to page editor:

		-- Policy for editing individual components/page/template can
		   be set in template as well as globally. Soon we will have
		   per-page and per-user control.

		-- A PREAMBLE and POSTAMBLE area is defined, so that code can
		   be run before/after template regions without being restricted
		   to what you can do with the page settings.

		-- preamble and postamble are editable on a per-template
		   basis.

    * Preview works on latest version of Mozilla, Netscape 4, and
	  MSIE 5.
