Yet another RPM build overhaul.

In order to deal with the emaciated "desktop" Linux installations that have
no C compiler, and to make things more modular, we now build 3 RPMs:

interchange-4.7.x-1.noarch.rpm - just the core

interchange-foundation-4.7.4-1.noarch.rpm - just the foundation skeleton

interchange-foundation-demo-4.7.4-1.i386.rpm - a prebuilt demo called
'foundation' with a precompiled vlink, for trying out Interchange
