	* A couple of more Windows accomodations. Turn off AUTO_EXPORT
	  as the Windows 2000 locking used by GDBM doesn't understand how to
	  lock very well.

	* Introduce use of AutoVariable for global -- it was there before
	  but probably never used. Works, or so it seems.
