  * Allow setting of fcntl locking with interchange.cfg directive
    LockType.

		LockType    fcntl

	Default is still flock, but fcntl is needed for NFS filesystems.
	Will work on Linux, should work on Solaris, not guaranteed to work
	on all OSes.

	The lockd daemon will need to be running on all involved systems,
	of course, to get NFS locking going.
