Log Message:

A bunch of HTML editing.  There weren't many changes, just some formatting
and spacing to make the HTML easy to understand and nice to edit.

Pulled out any left-over border colors, old stylesheets, non-stylesheet
color settings, old font settings, etc.

Also changed some hard-coded Akopia addresses to the dynaimc __COMPANY__
type variables.
