Log Message:
The country.txt table had old shipping method names as defaults, thus
the bug of no Default Shipping Methods on New Account, Checkout, etc.
I've replaced the default values in the default country.txt to represent
the more current Shipping Method naming convention. (2DA instead of ups_g, or
what have you.)  Bug found by Bill Dawkins.
