IMHO the best way to do this:
Add MV_LANG_DIRECTION=ltr to default.cfg, any "special" locales
may change this.
The usertag mm_locale (called by every UI page)
will set a scratch variable accordingly and this
sets the direction in UI_STD_HEAD.
