[interchange-i18n] using Japanese/dbl-byte character

Fine, thanks for your work. There is a problem though. The locale
can not be loaded into Interchange. This is usual due to a missing
comma or ". But we have a different problem. You are using special
Perl characters like $ all other the place. So the translated
strings need to be quoted with '' or another sufficient Perl
operator. I suggest to start with a little set and try to load
them into Interchange, then adding more and more stuff until
you succeed.
