[interchange-i18n] using Japanese/dbl-byte character

Yeah. Finally I got it working with

apt-get install netscape-ja-resource-477

Never thought of this.

I'll check the stuff soon into CVS.

Anyone knows if its possible to do input Japanese characters with
the old buggy Netscape ?
