[interchange-i18n] Working on a Norwegian version

Hi folks

I am working on a Norwegian translation, so I am hacking .html files and working on different .gif files. This is not too complicated, but I have a few questions:

1) I am NOT going to have any international information. Can I remove all country information without corrupting anything? (Don't need to display or save country information at all.
2) I want the currency to be displayed as kr. not as $. I can, off course not just substitute all $ with kr. but where should I look.
3) If I want to make a Norwegian template, how should I do this?
