Try this:
1. 'perl -MCPAN -e "install LWP"
2. Test your problem again. If the LWP has not been fixed then do 3.
3. 'perl -MCPAN -e "force install LWP"

I do not know if this will ultimately solve the flypage problem but it 
should fix LWP.
