[ic] Gateway and Merchant Account Comparisons

I have been trying to acquire a payment gateway and online merchant
account, and I have found the process to be a bit challenging. I am
hoping that those who have been through the process could give their two
cents about which companies and services are best priced, most reliable,
least headache,...etc.

In trying to setup a CyberCash account, I first registered online and
got the following deal:
-> $495 setup fee
-> $20 per month
-> $0.20 per transaction

Next I tried to setup a merchant account with Wells Fargo. I found out
that they wanted an additional $150 setup fee and $0.20 per month on top
of the CyberCash fee. However, if I had registered CyberCash through
Wells Fargo, they would have only charged me the following (for both
CyberCash and the merchant account):
-> $250 setup fee
-> $25 per month
-> $0.20 per transaction

So then I called CyberCash and found out that if I had registered over
the phone with CyberCash (instead of through their website), I would
have gotten the exact same services for:
-> $119 setup fee
-> $20 a month
-> $0.20 per trans.

Anyway, it seems like there is a wide range of pricing for the exact
same services. Needless to say, I am cancelling CyberCash, and hoping
someone can point me in the right direction. I would like to use
CyberCash. Does anyone have a good CyberCash experience to share?

Please advise... THANKS!
