[ic] IC 4.6.0 - no interpolation of LC when used inregions/components

I make one spanish internationalisation, works perfertly

in normal pages:  [L]standart text[/L]

in regions: [loc]standart text[/loc]

in Locale database: es_ES

Dear All,

When preparing the construct demo for internationalisation I put some 
[LC]standard text[nl_NL]Dutch text[/nl_NL][/LC] tags in the 'regions' and 
'components' files. Unfortunately they won't be interpolated.

I am using low traffic settings.

Is this the intended behaviour or is something wrong?
