[ic] help on basic stuff

(god I hate doing ths)
I have installed interchange 4.6.0
I demo works great.
I have 2 basic questions.
1. Where can I find th basic docs on:
Area config.
Adding category
I have done the above with out any luck as the "new" area does not show up
on the main page.
But.. If I do a search for the new category the program finds it with no
problem.
