[ic] No URL link for Newly added Item

Hi Choong,

         I ran into the same problem.  You need to go into the Preferences 
section of the Admin interface and select the Item Display option.  You 
will need to add title to the UI_ITEM_FIELDS.  The reason you aren't seeing 
the link is because it is built from the title field, but the item editor 
doesn't have that enabled (bug?).  If you go back to the items after making 
the change and add a title, you should be ok.
