[ic] Installation on Redhat 7 Deluxe

I'm having problems installing the package into Redhat 7.  If ends saying
unable to install something missing? Yet package shows installed.  The demo
doesn't work but the interchange process is running.  Is there further
requirements to this package?

I also installed MySQL (after the install of Interchange, ran the makecat
utility, created a new catalog, the first page displays but can't access the
User or admin pages.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
