[ic] IC Won't restart

Thanks Vin.. Now I am getting this error when trying to restart:

The Interchange server was not running
(/usr/local/interchange/etc/interchange.pid).
Low traffic settings.
Calling UI....
...UI is loaded....
Interchange V4.6.0
Configuring catalog artstore...artstore config error: Could not tie to
'/var/lib/interchange/catalogs/artstore/products/variable.gdbm': Permission
denied at /usr/local/interchange/lib/Vend/Table/GDBM.pm line 105, <CONFIG>
chunk 5.
