[ic] Wish list item for interchange mail list

To whom it may concern:

I wish you had a search for the interchange list like the old minivend
mail archives.  I know that my question is covered...  I just can not find
the answers.  

Maybe this could be added to the FAQ.  How do I use CPAN to get the perl
modules needed by interchange?
