[ic] FIXED - price_group with commonadjust not working

Turns out that until you logout of the store and log back in the price 
break doesn't take effect.  So everytime I ran reconfig, but didn't logout, 
the changes didn't take effect.  I closed my web browser and came back into 
the store and now everything is fine.  I thought I would reply to get this 
into the archives.  Thanks for trying to help, Mike!
