[ic] Can't get it to run....

I am getting this error when I try to go to the sample catalog I
created.....      :

This is on a FreeBSD-3.5 (Stable) system with Perl5.6.0. I go to the front
page, click "enter", I get a server error. And the above error is in the
error.log. Any ideas?
