[ic] Flaky behavior in Site Control Panel/ Item Graphics upload

Hi All

Is there a bug I should be aware of in the Admin Control Panel, Item editor,
Graphic Upload?
In trying to upload a new image I am completely unsuccessful. Plus the only
way I can get the image URL to stay in the data base is to use the KNAR
editor. Otherwise the data base seems to lose the URL pointing to my
graphic. I am using MySQL.
