[ic] Outside Modification Of Databases

Actually Tony you don't have to do anything. I modify my databases all teh time
with phpMyAdmin... I am even setting it up for all my clients one by one...

All you have to make sure if ALL your searches that access that database contain
a st=sql parameter...
