[ic] 4.7.x: MV_DEFAULT_SEARCH_TABLE

This has changed the following behaviour in comparison with 4.6.x.

Database location location.asc "SQL"
NoImport location
ProductFiles location

location.asc doesn't exist.

scan without fi works in this setup with 4.6.x, but not with 4.7.x.

I don't like this solution. I think we can assume that the search
should be performed on the ProductFiles per default. This is
much more transparent.
