[ic] Cant find new stores

Looking for any help, greatly appreciated.  I installed interchange.
Demo construct store comes up fine. System will create new cat's without
any errors. Upon creation of cat. I run restart under su interch.
System shows a restart of cat's without any errors.  All cat's not using
sql.  When I go to the store page ..com/storename everhing is great
still. But when I try to go to the store or admin areas it gives a 404
error.  I checked and the files are in the
/var/lib/interchange/storename folder. 

Any ideas why it wouldn't link?
