    <catroot>/templates/regions/LEFTRIGHT_BOTTOM
    <catroot>/templates/regions/NOLEFT_BOTTOM
    <catroot>/templates/regions/SEL_ALL_BOTTOM

remove the '<img>' tag or the '<tr>' that contains the image
'navigation/poweredby.gif'
