[ic] IC 4.6.5 on FreeBSD and Bad counter magic

regarding the message from Mike Heins

I'm in a muddle! 
Where is the bugfix for the CounterFile.pm? Am I wrong or was anythere a
bugfix? I couldn't find it in the archives! The CounterFile.pm of IC
4.6.5 has the version 1.1.1.1!
