[ic] 4.8.3 crashing - no one helps - will have to switch to something with real support

Also Peter,

Type your traffic setting to either high or rpc... For 3 catalogs, it should be
on low... The UI would always crash the rpc mode with 4.8.2, I am under the
assumption that this has been fixed with a patch put into 4.8.3...
