E-smith doesn't even use the /var/www/html directory.  It's not listed
anywhere in my templates for e-smith.  One reason is because e-smith is a
secure server, so the files have been moved around.

I've run makecat more than two dozen times in the last three days.  I'm
*positive* I entered the information correctly.  You can find my answers to

If you see where I incorrectly answer the question, please tell me.  I'm
working on a how-to for other e-smith users.
