[ic] Newbie question about makecat and permissions

Not sure but I think I remember having to mess with the permissions of the
cgi-bin script to make it work. I did a RPM install and ran makecat as root.
Mine are as follows:

-rwsr-xr-x    1 interch  interch      7164 Oct 26 16:15 foundation

That would be the first thing I would check.
