[ic] Undefined Catalog due to theme.cfg

Thanks to both Patrick and Tom for their suggestions about the column
display.  I'm anxious to give them a try, but now I can't view the
catalog to make any changes.  When I go to either the customer or admin
entrance, I get the following error: Undefined catalog:
/~toknowav/cgi-bin/cart.cgi

Now after searching through the archives, I've found this to be a common
problem.  I killed and restarted Interchange, and after opening up
error.log, I noticed that the problem was this:

startup
- - - [24/December/2001:19:11:11 -0500] - - Syntax error

I had made numerous changes to theme.cfg a week ago, but none in the
past few days.  I thought this was weird, but nonetheless I reuploaded
the original copy of them.cfg and then restarted Interchange.  I checked
the log again, but I received the same error message.  I have no idea as
to what caused the problems with theme.cfg, and have had no luck getting
any further than diagnosing the problem.

Does anyone have an idea of what the problem could be and how to fix it?
