I don't know how it was posted here but a common "trick" is to set up a 
frameset with one large frame that takes up the whole browser window.  
The frameset shows in the URL line while the actual content is 
referenced in the frame content url which is not "shown" in a normal 
usual browser window (or more frames if you want)
