[ic] GPG how-to for hosted servers

Merry Christmas Anton!

The e-mail orders that I am receiving indeed are encrypted. When I decrypt
the e-mail message, it still has *****'s in the middle of the credit card
number. The "NEED ENCRYPTION ENABLED" message no longer appears since I
successfully set the encryption up. Here is the encrypted order that I
received:

Wait, hold that thought. I just pulled my head out of my ass. Okay, here's
what's happenening. The entire order is coming to me encrypted. I found a
utility to decode it that is still in development. I thought it was
working, but noticed there were two encrypted sections still in the order
once it was decrypted. I guess I assumed that the decryption wasn't working
100% properly. I just decrypted this part and found the credit card numbers
within. :o)

I'm assuming that I can configure this to send only the credit card number
as being encrypted which would be better for this customer as they generally
need 'Fisher Price' procedures when using their computer.

Thanks for pasting the clip below, the "Credit Card Info:" line tipped me of
as to what was happening. I guess I was trying to hard last night. :o)

I do, however, have one additional question for the list. Is there a
utility for Outlook 2000 that will allow Outlook to automatically decrypt
the credit card portion of this message without having to do anything
besides type the password at most?

Thanks!

Regards,

David,

This is how your order e-mail should look like:

If you don't see this, the encryption failed. You can see the error log in
the admin section, it will tell you that the Encryption failed. Do you have
root access to your server or do you have a hosted account?

Hey guys!

Okay, I lied... It didn't all work. I recieved the order, and yes, it was
encrypted. The problem is, I need the credit card number so it can be
manually entered into the credit card terminal. The order that I recieved
contained the following information:

  Payment Method: Credit Card (visa)

  Account Number: 41**1111 Expiration: 10/02

I don't know where to start looking from here, do you guys have any
suggestions? I'm finally starting to understand some of this, but this one
has me stumped.

Thanks!
