I have several clients using PGP with Outlook 2000. I exported the public
key from PGP and then imported it into gpg. You could probably export your
secret key from within gpg and then import it into PGP on the windows box.
PGP has an auto-decrypt setting so typing the password once decrypts all
encrypted emails.
