Fw: [ic] Directive ProductFiles returned default setting error: No default search file!

I'm getting the same error on a fresh 4.6.1 install on RH7 using the rpm.

The construct demo that gets installed works

Any catalog added : No default searchfile

Has there been a suggested resolve to this that I missed? or what did I miss
in my installation/configuration.

Any help greatly appreciated.
