Hey Robert,

Tryout ultraedit 32 if you get a chance.  It allows you to define the sytanx
highlighting and out of the box comes with highlighting for html and a ton
of other scripting/programming languages.  I use it to edit all of my IC
work on a windows box.  Also I believe Akopia is working on an Extension for
Dreamweaver so that it does not screw up the IC tags and will do some sort
of manipulation with them, but this may be awhile before we receive that.
