[ic] promotion page add error

hi all,

 i have problem when editing item. when i try to put into promotion it was error...

step of error

1) click item for promotion
2) add promotion description
3) click ok and found this error

anyone?

btw i'm using mandrake 7.2 with interchange-4.6.1-3.rh7.i386.rpm
