[ic] Help needed

I am definitely not a linux person.  I have several problems with the server
and interchange working together and am looking for someone to help me iron
them out:

1)  secure server is not working correctly even though it seems to be set up
ok.  (pair is installed)

2)  Site does not want to encrypt credit cards so it keep telling users
there are errors and not processing the order.

Can someone contact me directly and help me out with these??
