[ic] SSL Setup - URGENT HELP PLEASE

Please help, in desperate need !!!!

My secure server is not the same server as the one where I have my domain 
name. I use my ISP's shared secure server. Can some one give a step by step 
guide on how to set this up.

What file do I upload on that server?

2. What changes do I make in catalog.cfg

3. Do I need to do any activation in the Admin side?

Anything else?

I know other people have achieved this without using a dedicated server.
